Sunday, September 20 is Catechetical Sunday.  The theme this year is : “ I received from the Lord what I also handed on to you .” On this day, Cristo Rey  Catechists will be commissioned for their ministry during the following Masses : 7:00a.m., 8:30a.m., 10:00a.m., 12:30p.m., and 5:00p.m.
Lord God, source of all wisdom and knowledge, you sent your Son, Jesus Christ, to live among us and to proclaim his message of faith, hope, and love to all nations. In your   goodness bless our brothers and sisters who have offered themselves as catechists for your Church. Strengthen them with your gifts, that they may teach by word and by example the truth that comes from you. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
 
El domingo, 20 de septiembre es el Domingo Catequético. El tema para este año es: “Recibí del Señor lo que también te entregué.” 
En este día, las catequistas de Cristo Rey serán comisionadas para su ministerio durante las siguientes Misas: 7:00a.m., 8:30a.m., 10:00a.m., 12:30p.m., y 5:00p.m.
Señor Dios, fuente de toda sabiduría y conocimiento, enviaste a tu Hijo, Jesucristo, a vivir entre nosotros y a proclamar su mensaje de fe, esperanza y amor a todas las naciones. En tu misericordia bendice a nuestros hermanos y hermanas que se han ofrecido como catequistas para tu Iglesia.
Fortalécelos con tus dones para que enseñen con la palabra y el ejemplo la verdad que procede de ti. Te lo pedimos por Jesucristo, nuestro Señor. Amén.
