The Receptionist is responsible for attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face from the public. In addition, supplies information to the general public, parishioners and vendors. Maintains the Priest schedule and the Facilities Calendar. Attends to Sacramental inquiries and special Mass celebrations.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while consistently maintaining a cheerful, positive, professional attitude on the phone and in person. Must be a quick learner that is able to follow directions accurately while multi-tasking and still be able to produce an excellent work product with a smile. Must be a self-starter who is organized and detailed oriented. Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude. Must have reliable transportation and be committed to being at work 40 hours a week (10:00am-7:00pm).

Provide maintenance services of the structures, systems, equipment and grounds of Church facilities, Rectory and Convent. Perform on a timely manner, work related to the maintenance of campus inluding but not limited to painting, HVAC, plumbing and grounds projects. Maintain a safe and secure environment. This position will work Monday-Friday. The work demand will vary throughout the year
